We recently got a new client that owns a women’s church suit business. The client wants us to increase is exposure online using search engine optimization. Their original website is ObamaCollection.com and they have been in business for 30 years.
I’ve seen many experts claim that they know the “secrets” to getting a website ranked highly in the search engines but most of them don’t show you how they got their results from the beginning to the very end. It this series we will be doing exactly that. Showing you how we increase the exposure for this particular business and well as discussing some of the mistakes that we make.

The first keyword that we will be targeting for this client is Women’s Church Suits. As you can probably tell, we linked to the site from this very article using the keywords “Women’s Church Suits”. Our strategy is to have a diverse range of links from different sites from relevant content. Obviously this blog isn’t about church suits but I made the content relevant by using this as an online seo case study.
Using different topics to link to web pages that you are trying to get ranked in the search engines is a great way to control the content and links that you’re trying to build to a particular website. Every link counts when your competition is thousands of links ahead of you. News sites for example, talk about different topics on a daily basis but the links that they pass on to the sites that they are reporting on are very helpful to the website owner because they are an authority. So your first goal should be to have atleast one website that would be considered at the very least a semi authority in your market.
