Using Wordtracker, I just typed in cpa los angeles. Those are the keywords coz I wanted to set up a site about CPAs. That is because I know CPAs are generally charged at least $200 to $300 per project that they work on for you so that may be a good market to get into.

After I have typed in CPA los angeles in Wordtracker to be able to find the right keywords for the domain name if the blog, I just have to hit the search button next. Keywords in any order, I picked that option.

I hit search then I wanna search the results be how competitive it is or how much opportunity is available so I click on Keyword Effectiveness Index. What that does is the higher the number is, that means the bigger the possibility for me to get traffic because there’s not many sites competing for these words. So, it looks like CPA firms in los angeles is what people are searching for 52 times per day but there’s only 2 sites that have that in their title and in link pointing to their site.
I actually made a mistake in my blog because in the domain name, I used cpafirmslosangeles.com, I forgot to put the word ‘in’. That is what I am gonna do now.

I have to log in and work on my blog. I just have to add in wp—admin so I could go to the admin log in for my WordPress account. So, I am just gonna log in. Then I am going to go to settings and change the details to CPA firms in Los Angeles instead of CPA firms Los Angeles. Then I am just gonna save that. So, that’s done. So it’s CPA firms in Los Angeles.

Then I will check what else I need to change here. I have to ensure the permalinks and see if I was able to set that up. Didn’t the first time. So, to do this, you wanna go to custom structure and put in a forward slash, percent sign, the word postname, percent sign and forward slash.

You don’t really need to put more than 2 articles on a business blog because the whole point is to either get the people to call the business or opt in so you could give those leads to the business that you’re working with and then charge the business a monthly fee.

So, I’ll be checking this from time to time to see where we’re at. But right now I don’t think we’re anywhere because I just set this one up but it’s always a good idea to check.

So I am just gonna type it in Google, los angeles plastic surgery. So, eventually I am gonna rank for that which for now is not gonna happen because I just set it up and because I didn’t use Wordtracker like I did for the other blogs to pick the domain name.

That’s another thing that’s important, keep this in mind. When you’re picking a domain name, you wanna make sure to pick a domain name where you know you’re gonna be able to get free traffic for it. I have shared with you previously how to do that. But I will share with you again just to make sure you know how to do it.

Let us go back and use one of my other blog as an example. So my domain name for this one is topcpafirmslosangeles.com. But the way I picked it is I went to Wordtracker. You could try Wordtracker for free but it’s a lot better than the Google tool. What you see in Wordtracker is really what’s gonna make you money.

On the earlier blogs, I was actually talking about setting up a blog for authority types of businesses. The first that I am able to set up is the one that I set up about a week ago, that’s January 24. Now, the next step is that I have to put an article in this blog.

Then what I can do is that I can either start getting free traffic to this blog or paid traffic. Once you have it set up, it’s ready to make money. Because you can either try and ask business to advertise in your website and get the people can opt in in your form. And then you can just tell the company that they will just pay you per lead.

I would suggest that you just get a business owner to pay you per month. Meaning for this type of site, Top CPA Firms in Los Angeles, I could probably charge anywhere from $500 to $2000 a month.

So, all I need to do now is just like in any other blog, I would add an article and then after I add an article, I can use this to use paid advertising or free advertising. So, that’s what I am gonna do after that.

On the last articles I shared with you how to submit articles. But let me share with you now an article which I submitted in ezinearticles.com.

So, we need to go to ezinearticles.com and then log in. If you don’t have an ezinearticles.com account, sign up for one now. It’s free to sign up and submit articles but if you want your articles to get approved faster, then they charge $97 a month. So, that’s how they make most of their money.

One of the articles I submitted four days ago was Let’s Talk About Oral Surgery. Another one was The Skinny on Breast Lifts. I submitted that five days ago. Another one was What to Remember About Cosmetic Plastic Surgery.

Let us use What to Remember About Cosmetic Plastic Surgery as an example first because that one was submitted first and I will share with you how to get free traffic to your site that businesses can pay for.

So the article is 651 words your articles don’t need to be more than 500 words. I’ll say do about 500 words. Then below the article What to Remember About Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, there’s a link to the first one of our plastic surgery business blogs which we call bestlosangelesplasticsurgery.com. We don’t do a design for it yet but if we click through it, it goes to the blog.

It still has the regular WordPress design but we’re getting its designed changed so that it would look like a legitimate and professional site. This one has a couple of articles. You don’t really need to put more than 2 articles on a business blog because the whole point is to either get the people to call the business or opt in so you could give those leads to the business that you’re working with and then charge the business a monthly fee.

When I look for good domain names which can be used for the blog site to create which businesses can rent to have their company advertised, I research for the keywords through Wordtracker.

And that is why we really think you can make $10,000 a month or make six figures a year with just this part of the business and do it part time.

So that’s how simple is the process of picking the domain names and the markets you wanna go in. And you jus have to think of different markets. There’s always a market where people spend money like in construction, attorneys, accountants, dentist. So, all of those markets are important.

You could do the same thing for each market. Pick cities in your area. Just in case if the business owner wants to talk to you, you could say that you are a local in the area and that would give you a big boost and a big edge over somebody who is trying to sell them something. And also, the site will be already up and on the first page of Google.

So, they can’t say no. If they say no, somebody else will say yes. And then you could send an email out up to ten of the same businesses at the same time. Then say to them that whoever is the first business to respond, that will be the first business I’ll create the package for and send all the exposure to.

So, this is how this process works. I am gonna continue with this case study and you’ll gonna be able to watch me build my site and see how much money I am able to make from them.

When I look for a good domain name to create advertise through the blog for, I am looking for a good type of services business because that usually pay more. So, I scan through the results that Wordtracker would show.

There’s cheap dirt bikes in Pittsburgh. That’s good. There might be a dirt bike store that will pay you for that. Another option could be cheap dirt bike sale in Pittsburgh. Between those two, you get 150 searches for it. If our in the top 3 of Google, you can get at least 30 or 40 or 50 searches a day.

A business would love to pay over $1000 a month to get to look at their website a month. That’s easy. I mean, that’s an easy answer. There’s a lot of good businesses in Pitssburgh.

There’s also other cities close to Pittsburgh too. You can do Pittsburgh. Then obviously Philadelphia is in Pennsylvania too. Do the same thing for Philadelphia too. Type in Philadelphia in the box and just sort it by Keyword Effectiveness Index again.

In the results in Wordtracker there’s ten year interest only loans in Philadelphia. You could rent this out to a mortgage broker. Create tenyearsinterestonlyloans.com and it gets 200 searches a day. So, if you’re in the top three of Google, you should at least get 80 visitors a day. That’s over 2000 visitors a month to their website. How much would a business owner pay for that? At least $1000 a month. Trust me.

Philadelphia federal criminal attorneys, you could rent that out to a criminal attorney. And when you look at Wordtracker’s results, there’s no competition. Meaning that they don’t have these exact words in this order in the title of their webpage which is what you would have to do. And you also have to use it in your domain name. And you would have to create blogs that goes to your link or your ads should have a link with the exact keywords as what is shown in Wordtracker. If you do that, you’ll be on the first page easy.

As an example I wanna search for what people are searching for in Pittsburgh. I can look for the answers by using Wordtracker. After typoing in the word Pitssburgh in the space provided, it will show the businesses that people in Pittsburgh are looking for. It showed several results but I am gonna go to Keyword Effectiveness Index. I will sort it by that. You have to find one where there’s no site doing it but one where you could make money.

Example, you may be able to make money with luxury homes Pittsburgh. So for example you buy the domain name luxury homes Pittsburgh. Check and see if it’s available. There’s 173 searches a day and there’s no site optimizing for it. So then you could go and talk to a real estate company and say that you’re number one in Google for luxury homes Pittsburgh and that you would like to know if they wanna advertise on your site because you can give them referrals because there’s 173 searches per day for people looking for luxury homes in Pittsburgh.

Among the results of my search in Wordtracker, there’s footwear in Pittsburghbut maybe no. That is because for footwear, you don’t sell for a lot of money. I mean people don’t sell for a lot of money so it would be hard. You might be able to get them to pay you $200 a month though. For footwear, if somebody owns a store, $200 a month is better than nothing then you move on to the next site. You could set up 100 sites for different businesses wherein you’re making $200 a month. And they don’t even have to be that good-looking. That would be $20,000 a month.

You could go and keep looking in the results in Wordtracker. There is also office staffing Pittsburgh. You do that for office staffing company. There is also used auto dealers in Pittsburgh. That’s really good. I’m sure there’s auto dealer that would at least pay you $500 a month. Bevcause they pay $500 a month for a newspaper. Maybe even $1000 a month in the yellow pages. You could get them to pay you up to $1000 a month. Or you could put 3 or 4 used auto dealers and they could each pay you $800 a month. That’s $3200 a month from one site.

I am gonna share with you how to set up a blog which earns money even if you do not live in a big metropolitan area. I just need to go and set up domain names which I will be using. I am just doing Santa Monica because it is close to me.

That’s it. When you got enough domain names, that’s it. You can go crazy and keep buying the domain names and not doing anything but you would end up wasting your money. And you do not wanna do that. So, I wanna motivate you to do the same too.

Of for plumbers in Santa Monica, I bought five more domain names and I wanna use this. I do not wanna waste money and I wanna inspire you guys. That’s the first step.

Now, let me share with you how you could do the same in you area. Instead of making money within the next 30 days you could be making thousands of dollars already for advertising without having to sell another product. So now I will go ahead and share with you how to so this in your own area.

What you would want to do is go to Wordtracker. Let’s say you live in Pittsburgh, an area that is not too big. So you just have to type in Pittsburgh in Wordtracker and hit the search button. Then it is gonna tell me what people are looking for in Pittsburgh. This could be done in any country, in Australia, China, any country. So in out example, it will show what people are searching for in Pittsburgh.

There’s so many markets. It is unlimited. So, you can’t say that you’re gonna buy all the domain names. There’s so many markets, there’s so many domain names. So, there’s so many different businesses that you can do this forever.

When you’re doing it for business, you wanna at least charge for $200 for their service or their product. Because if somebody is selling fruit basket for $20, they’re not gonna wanna advertise for $500 a month. But for a plumber, each job that a plumber goes to may be $200 minimum. So, you know they would not mind paying $500, $1000 or $5000. I could rent each site out coz I’m buying like 10 different domain names. I could rent it out for $500 each so I have $5000 a month. Or I could do each for $1000 and that would be $10,000 a month. There’s just unlimited possibilities.

I am gonna take you through the case studies as I do this so that you could build your confidence too coz there’s so many ways to make money online. I just focus on the ways that really work and that would be easy for you to implement. One is setting up these review type of blogs and another one is affiliate marketing. You know you’re not gonna make $1000 from affiliate marketing but you can make $20,000 to $30,000 a month from what I am sharing with you now. You can add it all up because you wanna diversify your income and that’s what you wanna do.

So, I got the green plumber santa monica domain name. Now, I am gonna get the other ones. I am just gonna do it. There’s so much opportunties.

I could also resell the domain names and not do any work to a business. I’d sell santa monica local plumbers domain name, I could sell it to them for $1000 with nothing on it if I wanted to. I mean, it is just a matter of letting them know that people are looking for this stuff.

So, what I am sharing with you right now is that with a little bit of diligence the easiest way to get to $5000 to $10,000 quickly. Even if you don’t live in a big metropolitan area, you could do this for the closest metropolitan area to you.

In the domain names which I purchased for plumbing, all the names are for Santa Monica and there are a lot of searches. When you look it up in Wordtracker, there’s 200, 300, 600, 750, even 1000 searches per day and there’s only 1, 2, 8, 9 sites that are targeted precisely for those thousand searches per day. So I am gonna make a plumber site is Santa Monica.

The first keywords I looked for are plumbing, then I am gonna look for plumber and search for that. I haven’t done this one yet so I am gonna use the Keyword Effectiveness Index. There’s plumber and housewife, that’s interesting. There’s zipcode 90405. Let us see what zip code that is. And that’s Santa Monica.

What I’m gonna do is I’m gonna buy that keyword too. You could do this. There’s so many keywords in Wordtracker that you could do this for. You could do it for accountants. You could do it for contractors. Search first and then you could buy the domain name, create a blog on it, write a few articles and then you could sell advertising on it once you get on the first page of Google. And because there’s not that much competition, you should be able to get on the first page of Google in less than one month for these thousands of searches for any keyword.

So just pick up the type of business in a market and you have to be interested in it. If you know there’s money in it then why not buy it. For me, when I say a good one, I am gonna go and buy the domain name now. So, that is 90405 plumbers. When I checked, it is available so of course, I’m gonna buy.

I know the domain names could get expensive. So, you don’t wan to go crazy like I’m going crazy. Maybe just start with three and then try and get some advertising space on that. Start renting out your business. For $500 a month or for $1000 a month or even $5000 a month for one blog. You cpuld making $2000 to $3000 a month for one of these sites in no time. So, that is why I am getting the domain names right away.

If there’s 38 searches a day for a keyword when you look through Wordtracker, if you look at 30% of those clicks, so 3.8 multiplied by 3, so you’d get about 10 visitors a day just from one article you would write which uses the keyword. So that’s how powerful it is. That’s just from one article. But if you just wrote an article focusing on truth about six pack abs, you would be having 125 searches a day according to Wordtracker there is a lot of searches. But there is 2,000 sites with that in the title of the site and with a link pointing to their site with the words truth about six pack abs. So, that means, there’s just too much competition for that term.

Now, let’s go to our local businesses. I bought some plumbing domain because I want to also get into different markets. You know what, plumbing is probably a good market. So, I want to share with you what I did and why I did it.

I can go to where I bought my domain names and look at the different domain names which I have. I bought different domain names for plumbing in Santa Monica California. So I bought seven for that and then one for Pacific Palisades. So that is eight domain names. You are probably wondering why I would do that and what I am trying to do.

First I am going to install a blog for these domain names. Second the reason why I did this is I did keyword research because I wanted to explore plumbing market. Because plumbing makes a lot of money and they get a lot of calls. So, what I did was I typed in plumbing in Wordtracker. I don’t thing I even did the word plumber already. So Wordtracker searched for the keyword. I searched for it using the Keyword Effectiveness Index that shows how effective the keywords will be. So I just have to click on it and it showed me something amazing.

Santa Monica kitchen plumbing gets 292 searches per day and there’s only one site with those words in the title and a link pointing to the site. So what that tells me, if I just create a site and I use the exact words in the domain name and I write a few articles linking back to my site with the words in the link, I’m easily going to be on the top three in Google. So, at least I’ll be on the first page very fast.
