Apparently a site administrator’s dream isn’t that far away. I was surprised at the functionality that ClickTale service offers. Most of the site analytics programs offer a tracking system that’s built upon graphs, charts, and statistics, which show the performance of your site but fail to prove why it performs that way! They concentrate on a visual presentation of your guests actions. That includes actual mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and gaps if you have a form. It seems like if you’d be watching their shoulders. This opens a new perspective of site optimization. You can see what people like on your site, where do they visit for the longest time, where they click the most. It makes tracking very easy because you could see what is happening. Before that, you can only visualize what is happening on your website based on the assessment of the statistics. Things changed for the better at least.

I thought that the ClickTale would be so complex for me to use but it’s actually so easy to use. Their interface is user-friendly. For me it was a informative and easy to use. I remember the feeling I have had when inter-acting with the videos. I felt like a spy! Really, it was a frightening thing to watch the movements of mouse because I’m not used to it. Now I can’t live without it. There were so many things that I have changed on my website because I can see what’s not working correctly or what is not being properly put from the costumer’s view.

I see ClickTale as a “must” have for every Internet marketer that want to boost his profits and develop his site conversions. Best thing is that Click Tale offers a free trial. That is right, everyone could try this tool and I guarantee you that you’ll be amazed by its functionality if not you could just move on to some other analytics tool, but before you do that, at least try it!
