There are also many competitors on the Internet, and customers can walk away from poor service providers, sometimes very quickly and very silently. This is the ultimate consequence.

The best customer service says, &quot;I care about you Mr./Ms. Customer&quot;, and that is a good place to start; so I, for one, strongly agree with you Folusho.</description>
